No Service Contract Is Created
Using this website, contacting us, or submitting a Jobber service-request form does not:
Create a contractor-client relationship;
Require Bullfrog Plumbing to accept or perform any work;
Guarantee an appointment, response time, estimate, price, or service availability; or
Create a binding plumbing service agreement.
A service appointment is confirmed only when Bullfrog Plumbing communicates confirmation directly to you.
Any plumbing work will be governed by the applicable written estimate, work order, service-and-repair contract, home-improvement contract, change order, or other agreement between you and Bullfrog Plumbing.
If these Website Terms conflict with a written customer agreement signed or otherwise accepted by Bullfrog Plumbing, the written customer agreement controls with respect to the plumbing services covered by it.
Nothing in these Terms waives any consumer right or contractor obligation that cannot legally be waived.
Service Requests and Estimates
You agree that information submitted through the website will be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.
Descriptions, photographs, or other information submitted through the Jobber form may help us evaluate a request, but they may not provide enough information to diagnose the problem or determine a final price.
Any preliminary price, timeframe, or other information communicated before an on-site evaluation may be subject to change based on actual conditions, access, required materials, permits, code requirements, concealed damage, or additional work authorized by the customer.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing, website content is not an offer, quote, warranty, or guarantee.
Emergency Requests and 24/7 Availability
References to 24/7 emergency service mean that customers may contact Bullfrog Plumbing at any time. They do not guarantee that a representative will answer immediately or that a technician will be available or arrive within a particular period.
Submitting an online form or sending an email is not an appropriate substitute for emergency assistance when there is an immediate threat to life, health, or property.
For fire, suspected gas leaks, electrical hazards, serious flooding, or another immediate danger:
Leave the affected area when appropriate;
Call 911 or the appropriate utility or emergency service; and
Do not attempt repairs that could place you or others at risk.

Message frequency varies depending on your services and interactions with us. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to opt out of text messages. After opting out, you may receive a final message confirming your request. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact Bullfrog Plumbing using the telephone number or email address displayed on our website.
Opting out of text messages does not prevent us from contacting you by telephone or email when reasonably necessary to respond to your request, provide contracted services, collect payment, or comply with legal obligations.
